Eating is a natural and daily part of life. We have to eat to keep our bodies alive. Sounds easy enough right? The biggest challenge is picking the right foods. Okay, so why do we choose to eat the foods we do then?
- Appetite (i.e. hunger)
- Nutritional value
- Positive association (i.e. “healthy”)
- Preference (i.e. flavor)
- Emotional comfort
- Weight/body image
Hmm! There are a lot more reasons than I thought as to why people eat what they do. Think about it! Why do YOU eat what you eat?
