I love this explanation of “real” food!

“Real” food constitutes things like:

  • Whole grains
  • Beans, peas and legumes
  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Nuts
  • Seeds
  • Organic meat, poultry, eggs and fish
  • Unprocessed dairy
  • Natural sweeteners
  • Extra virgin cold-pressed oils

Next time you go grocery shopping don’t buy “food.” Buy ingredients to MAKE food – REAL food!
